T vector for protein expression in molecular biology comprehensive experiments design

摘要: 为弥补传统分子生物学实验中α-互补法筛选重组子以及蛋白质的原核诱导表达两项实验相对独立、缺乏连续的不足,探索通过设计基因克隆和蛋白表达一体化的综合性实验,以强化学生对阅读框的认识。分子生物学实验中的综合性实验设计拓展了实验教学的广度与深度,为进一步提升学生的知识、能力和素养奠定基础。

Abstract: In the traditional molecular biology experiment, α-complementation method for screening recombinants and protein expression in prokaryotic cells were two independent experimental technologies. In order to make up for the lack of continuity of these two experiments,a comprehensive experiment of gene cloning and protein expression integrative in one vector was designed to strengthen the students􀆶 understanding of the reading frame. The comprehensive experimental design in molecular biology experiments could expand the span and depth of experimental teaching, and laid the foundation for further promoting students􀆶 knowledge, ability and professionalism.
